Juliet Sear’s Wonderful Sunday Bake!

Last Sunday, we had the real treat of joining Juliet Sear on IGTV for an exclusive bake-a-long. Juliet, who is a regular on ITV’s ‘This Morning’ created this delicious Brownie Layer Cake, complete with chocolate clotted cream ganache. It’s making us hungry just thinking about it! This wonderful cake is a real showstopper! It does take a little time and preparation, but looks so decadent and impressive! Decorate with some fresh berries and mint and serve as it is with extra lashings of clotted cream! With this recipe, I make extra pouring ganache so that it completely coats the cake and flows off into a tray, which will catch the excess. This will keep for a week in the fridge, or can be frozen and you can use it to add so cakes, buttercream or to melt and pour over ice cream or desserts.
