TRADE & EXPORT

exporting across the world

NOT JUST FOR BRITS

exports of our delicacy

It’s not just us Brits who have a taste for clotted cream. For trade distributors, we are able to export our silky Cornish delicacy to many countries across the world.

‘How do we do this?’ you may ask. Well, we don’t want to get too technical, but let’s just say it involves special freezers. The clever thing is, once it’s defrosted, it keeps its hallmark smooth, velvety texture. Even a true clotted cream connoisseur (of which there are many) would never be able to tell the difference.

FROZEN DELIVERIES

enjoy regular supplies

So, when our friends abroad receive their frozen delivery, they just pop it straight in their freezer, where it can sit happily for up to a whole year. Then, as and when they need it, they can defrost it slowly in the fridge. After that, it has a shelf life of 5 to 7 days, if kept between 1ºC and 5ºC. All in all, rather handy.

What’s more, we have a brilliant network of distributors who can deliver by air or land freight.

Some of the countries who currently enjoy regular supplies of our cream include:

Dubai, Germany, Holland, Italy, Japan, Madeira, Malaysia, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Tenerife and Hong Kong.
