Callestock strawberry blancmange

Just like granny used to make

This dessert is an absolute nostalgic classic made by Liz and Nick, one of our farming families at Callestock Farm. Perfect served with our clotted cream!

  • 1 packet of strawberry jelly
  • 1/4 pint (140ml) boiling water
  • 3/4 pint (420ml) Rodda's whole milk
  • strawberries
  • 227g Rodda's clotted cream


  1. Dissolve the strawberry jelly in 1/4 pint of boiling water.
  2. Leave to cool for approximately 20 minutes
  3. whisk in 3/4 pint of whole milk
  4. pour into a mould, refrigerate and leave to set for at least 6 hours
  5. turn out and decorate with strawberries
  6. serve with Rodda’s clotted cream
