This superbly simple Cornish speciality was created by Robin Ross at Chapel Porth Beach Café in 1986, and is perfect for those lazy summer days at the beach or simply for the moments throughout the year when you need a little something special!

Ingredients
- 1 large scoop vanilla ice cream (or any flavour you prefer)
- 1 large dollop Rodda’s Cornish clotted cream
- 1 handful chopped hazelnuts
- 1 waffle cone
Method
- Simply scoop the ice cream into your waffle cone and smother it with a large helping of Cornish clotted cream. Then, carefully roll in a bowl of chopped hazelnuts until the clotted cream is completely covered.
