This hot chocolate is perfect to warm up after a wintry walk and the addition of our clotted cream makes it all the more delicious!
Pour the milk, double cream and clotted cream into a large saucepan and heat gradually.
When the cream and milk are warm, but before it reaches boiling, add the dark chocolate and milk chocolate.
Cover and cook on a low heat for 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Ladle into mugs and top with your choice of marshmallows, grated chocolate or an extra spoonful of Rodda’s clotted cream
