Cornish Colada

If you like Piña Coladas...

If like us, you enjoy nothing more than lazing around on a sunny afternoon, try our special Cornish Colada recipe. Easy and quick to make, all you need is frozen pineapple, desiccated coconut, milk, and a #spoonfulofwonderful Rodda’s clotted cream, and a splash of rum (if you wish). It will instantly transport you to that beach we have all been dreaming of.

  • 400g of frozen pineapple
  • 200ml of coconut milk (or you can use regular milk)
  • 2 tbsp of Rodda's clotted cream
  • 20g of desicated coconut
  • 4 x tbsp of rum


  1. Blend the frozen pineapple, coconut milk, clotted cream, and coconut until smooth.
  2. Add in the rum and mix again – add more to taste
  3. Enjoy!
