We’ve got a real hankering for pancakes, which must mean Pancake Day is just around the corner. To celebrate Shrove Tuesday (16th February), this year we’ve teamed up with Celebrity Chef and Cornish restaurateur Paul Ainsworth, to create two deliciously unique pancake combinations and come up with some of our own! We couldn’t think of a better combination than jam and cream atop our pancakes, so we made a Cornish cream tea pancake, which is sure to be a winner.

Why not try these fruity showstopping pancakes made with Rodda’s clotted cream and filled with luscious lemon curd and blueberries.

For all the chocolate lovers out there, these chocolate crepes filled with Rodda’s clotted cream, strawberries and desiccated coconut are simply heavenly. There’s even a quick chocolate sauce to drizzle on top!
