This superbly simple Cornish speciality is perfect for those lazy summer days at the beach or simply for the moments throughout the year when you need a little something special!

  • 1 large scoop vanilla ice cream (or any flavour you prefer)
  • 1 large dollop Rodda’s Cornish clotted cream
  • 1 handful chopped hazelnuts
  • 1 waffle cone

Simply scoop the ice cream into your waffle cone and smother with a large helping of Cornish clotted cream. Then, carefully roll in a bowl of chopped hazelnuts until the clotted cream is completely covered.
