This wonderful recipe from Lidiya uses Rodda’s Cornish clotted cream makes this Rocky Road extra delicious!

Break the chocolate up and place in a heat proof bowl with the clotted cream and golden syrup over simmering water
Stir gentle until melted together. Take off the heat and allow to cool slightly.
Put aside 4-5 tablespoons of the melted chocolate mix.
Fold in the biscuits, marshmallows and chopped chocolate bars.
Place in a square baking tin (ideally lined with baking paper)
Pop in the fridge to set for 10 minutes.
Spread the rest of the chocolate mix on top and sprinkle on skittles.
Pop back in the fridge and allow to set for at least 4 hours or ideally overnight.
Once set, cut into squares and enjoy!
