The role…..

  • Supervise the telesales team
  • Develop and monitor relevant KPI’s for the telesales team
  • Implement robust processes that reduces margin for error
  • Working with the local sales managers and grocery procurement manager develop a promotional strategy to target new and existing business
  • Manage and monitor customer issues – include root cause analysis and corrective actions
  • General administration duties within the team
  • Processing orders
  • Represent Roddas at Trade Shows in order to build positive customer relations and provide the opportunity to meet face to face with customers.

You must have…                                                                         

  • Supervisory and leadership skills experience in a tele-sales environment
  • Problem solving abilities
  • Experience of detailed report writing
  • Experience of using computerised programmes including Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer service skills

  • To develop and manage a dynamic and customer focussed team that can exceed all customers’ expectations
  • To work directly with the Local Sales Team to drive sales and manage profitability
