Direct Milk Supply Manager

Salary £50k dependent on experience + a range of benefits

 Role:

  • Develop effective working relationships with our Milk Suppliers
  • Forecast, monitor and manage direct milk supplies to meet business needs
  • Stay up to date with best practice and share across the network
  • Improve and develop standards through regular visits and scheduled audits
  • Plan and lead communication events with our Milk Suppliers
  • Ensure a pipeline of quality new entrant Milk Suppliers as required
  • Implement change programmes/activities

About You 

  • Proven relationship building, influencing and negotiation skills
  • Dairy farming/farm audit knowledge
  • Commercially minded, high energy and positive mindset
  • Sound IT skills – Microsoft Office
  • Full driving licence, must reside in South West
  • Familiarity with dairy industry in Cornwall

Accounts Clerk

Opportunity based Redruth, Cornwall. Circa salary £19K + benefits.

Due to our continuing growth and development, we are looking to appoint a highly motivated individual in this role.

Ideally you will already be part AAT qualified and looking to gain the full AAT qualification. The ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative.  You will have a good base knowledge of excel and work.  Experienced communication skills at all levels would be a distinct advantage.

What you will be doing:

  • Inputting sales and purchase ledger data
  • Bank and Ledger reconciliations
  • Credit control
  • Reconciliation of daily cash sales
  • Preparation of receipts for banking and collection
  • Dealing with major retailer ledgers
  • Sales ledger payment queries, disputes, etc.,

 

Your skills and abilities:

  • Able to diversify and be flexible outside of working role
  • Work in a pressurised environment
  • Ensure deadlines are met
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Solid analytical skills
  • Resourceful
  • Numerically literate and able to understand and manipulate financial information.
