Customer Service/Telesales Representative
Rodda’s craft the world’s leading clotted cream, as well as producing bottled milk, double cream and butter. Our products are made from premium Cornish milk all sourced from Cornish farms within a 30km radius of the Creamery. Rodda’s is a family business, and our much-loved products are in huge demand.
Job Type: Permanent
Hours: 10.30am – 19.00pm Monday to Friday and occasional Saturday mornings
Salary: £24,500 per annum plus benefits
Location: Scorrier, near RedruthRequirements
- Proven experience in customer service and business administration
- A warm, engaging, honest personality
- Attention to detail, high level accuracy
- Positive ‘can do’ attitude
- Strong team skills
Role Responsibilities
- Delivering first class service and being the friendly helpful voice of Rodda’s working closely with and supporting our local Business Development Sales Managers
- Processing customer orders and completing sales administration
- Relationship building and upselling when relevant
- Resolving any customer issues and ensuring our customers receive high level service.
