Supporting our local farmers is key to everything we do. That is why we are so proud to source all our milk from our Producer Group which consists of 151 farms based within just 30 miles of our creamery.

Sourcing the richest and creamiest milk is vital to producing the most sumptuous cream. Pure ocean breezes, a subtropical climate and lush pastures are only part of the story. We also insist that our farmers go the extra mile in looking after the welfare of their cows (which graze freely for up to 10 months of the year). It is this unique combination which means we are incredibly lucky that we have never needed to look any further than our own doorstep for the supreme quality of milk we are looking for.

Because we work closely with our farmers we have a deep understanding of the challenges that they face on a daily basis. Regular meetings mean that we are able to share in each other’s news and work in true partnership together.
