We’re not sure if it’s the mild climate, the sandy beaches, or the abundance of amazing produce, but there’s something about Cornwall that’s given us a real zest for living. We really don’t do things by half down here, whether it’s wind surfing or making clotted cream.
We’re incredibly fortunate to have an amazing group of farmers on our doorstep. And thanks to a mix of fresh coastal air, subtropical climate and lush, green pastures – the milk they produce is particularly rich and full-flavoured, perfect for making into clotted cream, crème fraîche and other lovely things.
